4200 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 4200 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to updates from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4200 platform (including the website, mobile app and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the 4200 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendments or updates to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
The 4200 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to accept these terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 4200 platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their personal details should any changes occur. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity carried out using your login details is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 4200 support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 4200 platform, you agree to abide by all of the following rules when using our services:
- Do not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Do not attempt to access, hack or interfere with the 4200 platform's systems, servers or networks.
- Do not use any automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to manipulate games or transactions.
- Do not engage in any fraud, identity impersonation or submission of false information to the platform.
- Do not attempt to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform system for unfair advantage.
- Do not transfer funds or use another person's account without valid written authorisation.
Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and 4200 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposits in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 4200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name. Funds deposited from unknown or unauthorised sources may be seized and reported to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawal & Verification
Withdrawal requests will only be processed once identity verification has been fully completed. 4200 reserves the right to request additional documents for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if suspicious activity or a terms violation is detected. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Important Notice Regarding Transactions
4200 is not liable for any losses arising from payment processing delays caused by third parties, including banks and e-wallet providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Liability Limitations
The 4200 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or meet any specific user expectations. 4200 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4200 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, images and software code — is the exclusive property of 4200 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying or exploiting any content without prior written consent from 4200.
Account Suspension & Closure
4200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legal compliance reasons. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining funds may be held pending completion of an investigation.
Third-Party Links
The 4200 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
4200 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on our platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version.
Notification of material changes may be sent to the email address registered to the user's account or displayed prominently on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
